Brinley Kaylyn Cotterell was born May 8th. She was so beautiful and a sweetie right from the start.
She fell asleep holding her little bear. This is a favorite picture.
Brinley has such a sweet personality. She draws people in and she is so happy all the time everyone loves to hold her and play with her. At a family dinner we walked in and found that Brinley had been put in the middle of the table and they were all playing with her and she was dancing for them. She draws a crowd everywhere we go.
This little girl is such a sweetie. She is happy all the time and is such a joy in our home. She has been the sweetest, and by far the easiest baby we have had. (Sorry Porter, Nickelle, and Bennett but it is true.) I have loved so much her being the baby that I am really sad that she has turned one. She has a head full of beautiful red curly hair and she has great big blue eyes. She is a beauty and we love her so much. She is by far our smallest we have ever had. She is in 6-9 month clothes that drown her and she weighs in at 16 lbs 3 oz. Which means she did not even make it on the growth chart. She didn't make it for her height either. We have to keep her in the rear facing car seat and the doctor said that will probably take her a year. Let's hope she does better than Bennett who only gained 3 pounds from when he was 1. Even though she is our tiny girl, she is full of such a sweet personality. We all adore her and she is loved a little too much by her siblings. We are so happy she is crawling now and she is even pulling herself up on things which makes us really happy and we love to see it. She loves to sing and dance. She has a really pretty singing voice when she sings and she always has a smile for everyone. We had a lot of fun on her birthday and she loves all her fun presents. Happy Birthday sweet girl

She is a beautiful little girl. I am so jealous of all that gorgeous hair! Kate is a baldy, and she probably will be until she's 4. I can't believe how tiny Brinley is! I get comments all the time on how petite Kate looks, and she's 5 months old and about 15 pounds—not tiny at all.
Oh, she's cute! I can't believe she's a year old. Can't wait to see all you guys in a little bit. And I love the skirt she's wearing in the birthday invitation picture. You did a good job.
