But I have to say having one less diaper to change all day has been awesome. I can't wait until he no longer needs a diaper at all. Dallin and I always say we are going to go on a cruise when we no longer have to buy diapers and formula. We re going to save way more money than it will cost to go. Great first week Buddy!!!!

More potty taining
So as the week has gone on there of course have been some accidents. The biggest problem that I have run into is that in the first two days we did so much of telling him it was time to go to the bathroom, and now he thinks he can only go in there if I ask him too. That is one of the tricky things with him. You start something out doing it one way and if you try and change it, it can be really hard on him. I keep talking to him and telling him he can go in anytime he feels he needs to go but he has been fighting me on that thought a bit. So I will just keep telling him that and hopefully he can make the change of thought. At night Dallin has been telling him to keep his diaper dry and he will keep it dry all night. But the two nights we did not tell him he has woken up wet. I think that's funny. But the best part of all of this has been he has yet to fight us on this and refuse to try and go. Which is good. I think we prepared him well for this and that the adjust has been much smoother for him because of it.
