Last night we had a lesson on Families and being kind and loving and then we deocrated cookies the kids had cut out earlier. I think it was my first Christmas after I was married my Dad bought us all this pack of 100 cookie cutters. We have used them a whole bunch. So good thinking Dad. This idea was actually sparked by my cute sister. Thanks Kerst!
It is kinda funny to watch Porter and Nickelle sometimes. Porter really likes keeping his hands clean and so he was staying above the frosting and he only tasted it when the cookie was finished. Not Nickelle. She got right in and messy. She loved licking her frosting and had a blast deocrating. She really enjoys doing anything arts and crafts. Usually we have to persuade Porter. Like I said he likes to be clean.
I love her face here. You can tell she thinks this whole decorating cookie idea is yummy.
Bennett oversaw things from his throne. Since birth he has sucked in his bottom lip. It really cracks me up when he does it. I love the close up of it. What a funny kid. Also his ears crack me up in this picture.
Notice the clean cookies and how he stays above the mess. What a funny kid. I will say it is nice that he keeps himself clean. Also he washes his hands so much he never gets sick. I also love how hard he is concentrating so that he can get it just right.

I can't believe how much your kids have changed since I've seen them last. Bennett is getting to big. Oh my heavens I am loving the ears! Also Nickelle has changed quite a bit. She actually looks more like a toddler and less like a little pixie!
Also I like how the table is frosting free by Porter, and then covered in little spots of frosting by Nickelle...Arley decorates cookies more like Nickelle for sure!
WOW!!! Lots of posts!! Bennett is getting SO big!!! They are all so stinkin adorable. I still can't believe we're not in the same ward anymore. We'll have to get together sometime!!!!

I think Porter & Lorien will get along very well. Lorien HATES to have her hands dirty, too. She won't even lick food off her hands, we have to go wash them. Good grief.
