Therapy Pool

I am pretty annoyed I downloaded these in the wrong order and I am too lazy to fix it. Sorry you will just have to see this backwards. At the new OT center there is also a INCREDIBLE pool. I have never seen anything like it. So read this starting at the last picture and it will make more sense what is going on and then read up.

Porter will have therapy twice a week here and once a week get a chance to work in the pool. I know he is going to love it I am so excited.
The pool has all kinds of jets. So you can have the treadmill going as well as having a current going against you and that can help strengthen and help with the deep pressure the kids seek.
In this picture you can see two tv screens. They actually have camera's located in the pool and the therapists can see and make sure your child legs, arms, etc... are working the way they need too.
This is the top of the pool. But this metal you see actually lowers and you decide how low. It goes all the way to 6 ft down. But for Porter we would only lower it like 2 ft. This metal then lowers and becomes the bottom of the pool. It actually works like a treadmill if you want it to and will move and so you have to move with it.

This sounds great!! I don't know how you do it all Season! You run around to therapy, preschool, dr. apts & you haev the best attitude about it all. You are an inspiration!!

Thanks for coming to book club. I was so glad to see you there. And I am SO sorry about leaving so strangely yesterday; I have no idea what was going on. All the sudden I couldn't see anything or hear anything and my mind was all a cloud. I have no idea what I said when I left. It was just weird.

Anyway, it's always so good to talk to you. It always helps me remember to be positive and forgiving and patient!! You're amazing!
