We were incredibly blessed to finally get into a OT center that I have been on a waiting list on for over a year. Today was his first day and his therapist Heidi took us on a tour of the building and I took all kinds of pictures. The first two are they have a room with about 10 different types of swings and they help with all kinds of skills. The second swing is one that Porter loves he immediately calms his whole body and does not want to get out because of how good the deep pressure makes him feel. He loves it! It may look weird to us but the kid loves it!
They have a bunch of different rooms throughout the building with different tools. In this room they have a tramp and as you can see a pool full of balls. They have tunnels and special bikes. The kids had a great time on the tramp and jumping in the pool of balls.
Upstairs they also have a bunch of tools... to many for me to get a picture of but again they have special bikes and all kinds of equipment that helps work different parts of the body.
This is a way awesome thing they have here. They have a rock climbing wall for the kids. Porter has never seen one in his life and he walked right up and grabbed the rope and tried to put it around his waist because he was ready to climb. We did not do any climbing today but I am sure he will have a great time when they do. There is a part that goes really high up and then lower on the sides. They make sure they are not going to give the kids more than they can do.

this place looks awesome! i'm glad you finally got in after your long wait. it will be such a blessing for your family and hopefully help porter out a lot!! the pool looks very cool also. i love the treadmill bottom idea.
