Week of Halloween, part two.

Thursday was school party day for everyone. Nickelle had a party at school and could hardly wait to get there. She goes to preschool with her cousin Cannon and I was glad to be able to snap a picture right after class with the two of them. From there we headed up to Porter's school. He started the day off at wheeler farm, where they had their first field trip. Then we met them for the Halloween parade. All the families come. We all sit in rows in the gym and the kids come in their costumes and walk. The funny thing was how quiet the gym was. It was silent. Still some kids had a melt down but it was great to watch them. Next we headed to Porter's class where we had a pinata and even Nickelle got a turn to hit it. No surprise but Porter broke the pinata for the class. But then didn't even want any candy. Yep that's my kid. Bennett loved playing with toys in the classroom and did not even notice anything else going on. We left because we were lucky enough to have Dallin with us and needed to get him back to work. But Porter decorated cookies and did some trick or treating at the school. It was a fun day but a tiring one for everyone.
