I dyed my hair on Monday. I had all these dreams of having a darker brown shade of hair that was until I dried my hair to discover it was a redish-purple hugh. I did something to it that night that was supossed to turn it back light brown but it just took out the red and purple. So now I have dark brown hair. I have learned my lesson, I should not dye my own hair anymore. Anyways Nickelle saw my hair yesterday and she cheered and said "Mom, you finally have red hair like me. You are going to love it".
This morning I let Nickelle out to go to the bathroom and then I told her when she was done to go back to bed because it was not time to get up yet. I fell back asleep. Not to long later the boys woke up and Nickelle was at their door. She told them "Mom, let me out to go to the bathroom, and she said to go back to bed but I sneaked downstairs and now I am sneaking and letting you out. Don't tell Mom".
This one is from Porter "knock, knock. Who's there? Porter. Porter who? Porter jamimi". Then my kids laughed for a good five minutes.
Nickelle asked me "mom, what do you want for Christmas". I said I wanted my kids to have a fun Christmas day. She said "no Mom, like a present". I said I wanted to have a really fun day. She then said "Mom, I think you need some ideas like a pillow pet is good, or a princess doll. That would be fun". Apparently we have the same taste in presents.
The kids have been cheering every morning when they see how many days left but yesterday they added a little something extra. Porter had them put their hands in and then he told them to say Christmas. It was really funny.
Porter knows how to use the computer, and he likes to keep watching Nickelle in her preformance and after each one he watches he yells out "Yeah Nickelle, she my sister".
In other news Brinley finally had her 18 month appointment and she weighing in at 21 pounds. She is finally made it into the 5th% for weight. She is still not on the growth chart for height and her head is still in the 25th. We are so proud.
