Meet Abby

We have talked on and off about getting a dog for awhile now. Dog's have always been a big part of my childhood and how we grew up. I love animals, and I have always wanted to have the same thing for our kids. We got a puppy a few years ago and the timing could not have been worse. We ended up having to give her away and I have worried about what to do ever since. I made some decisions starting with no puppies and just started thinking about our families wants and needs. Then I would look every once in a while. Nothing really made me take to much notice until I found Abby. I probably drove the previous owners nuts because I asked so many questions and it was close to a month before we decided to do anything about it. They were kind enough to let us take her for a week to see if she would work out for us and if she would be happy with us. We were so surprised when we had her home because we just were waiting for her to do something naughty. She is an incredible dog. She is very well trained and very well behaved. She immediately became quite attached to the kids and she loves spending every minute with them. She is great on a leash and loves to run and play with our family. She has never had an accident and she is incredibly bright. It worked out great and we decided to keep her. It has been almost a month now and we still feel the same. She has been a wonderful dog for our family and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. She is 4 years old, and a sheltie, which is a mini collie. Welcome to he family Abby.
