We have a house and other news.

So this is actually old news, but because of the madness around here I have not had a chance to update on here so here are a few new things with us.

Life with Brinley is going great. She is a doll. Everybody is doing great with her. Porter likes to hold her in the mornings and when he talks about her he likes to mention that Bennett is a baby too. Just in case I might forget about Bennett. Nickelle loves Brinley TOO much. I have to watch her very carefully. She tends to mother and worry for her little sis. Bennett I have to say is the cutest to watch with her. He just wants to kiss and kiss and kiss her. He also does this super cute forehead thing to her. I wish I could explain it, but he just can't get enough of her. He calls her BA. She is sleeping and eating good, she is not a fussy baby so far and seems content to just be held and sleep.

My recovery seems like I never went through labor, when I left the hospital that was the last time I felt any discomfort and I have to say while in the hospital all I felt was a little discomfort. I have been going like a mad woman ever since so it is a good thing my recovery has been so good. Hopefully when things slow down things won't catch up with me and I will hit the wall.

Last weekend we were in Utah, Dallin had some training and we had to find a place to live. We had been searching and searching and we were not finding much of anything. When I have some more time I will have to tell the story of how our house found us, because it honestly found us and not the other way around. It is one of those times when it has been so clear to us that this is all the Lord's doing. I feel so humbled to know that he really does want us in Utah and that he has provided a way for us. So luckily we found a home and we should be closing on it this Friday if all goes well. We will move June 6th and spend that next week getting settled before Dallin starts his new job. I am very excited to be so close to family and I really do love the area. I do feel sad to leave the country. The biggest place I have ever lived is Idaho Falls and now I am moving to Sandy. I will miss all the fields, and animals, but most of all I will miss the humble country people. I am a pretty simple person, and I love all the simple people here. But I look forward to meeting new people with new ideas and who can teach me new things. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am .

Again because of madness there have been two birthdays who did not get mentioned on here. First was Bennett's and he had a huge one since it was his first. He loved his birthday and has been a walking man since that day. He is such a sweet kid. I could watch him play for hours. When he walks he lifts his right leg higher and he kinda flicks his feet out. He also hold his arms kinda funny. One he keeps straight down and the other he kinda holds up.He is so much fun. Nickelle had her third birthday today. She makes things so much more fun because of her personality. This morning she came into our room and we started to sing, her eyes got all big and then she started to sing with us. I let her pick out her hair and outfit which meant she ended up in a dress and she had her hair in a up do with a tiara in her hair. We opened gifts and then we went outside so Dallin could teach her how to ride her new bike. After naps we packed up and went to the Hannah Montana movie I have to say, I really liked it. She said it was the greatest movie ever! Then we went to the park where we had a picnic and ate pizza. Then we came home and had cake. She told me a couple times it was the greatest birthday ever. I am glad she enjoyed it. These poor kids have really been in the background with all that we have going on. I look forward to things slowing down and being able to spend some time with them doing really fun things. They need some good old fashioned attention!

I have really been packing a lot and so far am really positive that I should be able to get it all done for the move date. Here's hoping! I have no idea what I will do the next two weeks if someone calls to see the house, just to take care of four kids and pack all I can in a day is making it really hard to keep up with the kids mess. So I won't be super sad if we don't have a ton of showings. Now if someone comes through and then makes an offer I would be all kinds of happy with that, but if you are not serious then this is not the week, thank you very much!

I cannot say enough how clear it has been to me that the Lord is in all the details of this move. Has it been easy, no. Has everything landed in our laps, no. We have had to work hard, and more than that we have had to use all our faith, but the Lord has opened all the right doors and done things in a way to say hey guys I am taking care of you. We are still praying that our house sells and soon, but again I have faith the Lord will help with that too, just on his time.

I hope to check in again soon.
