Making curtains!

So with every kid I get some pretty heavy nesting that gets pretty serious around this point, but it is hard to nest when you have what you need and all you need to do is wash it and put it away. Also since Bennett still needs all the baby stuff that just means bringing up the bassinet. So one day I just couldn't take it anymore and decided the girl's room needed curtains. So I made these. They turned out cute for a last minute project and their room does look nice with some curtains, but it has lead to a whole new sickness, CURTAINS EVERYWHERE! I am almost finished with my front room and then I will take pictures. I have some in the master bath. Porter really wants curtains. He keeps bringing me to his room and points to his windows and tells me it is missing. So I need to go get some fabric for that. Luckily my super great sewing machine has done pretty good sewing all these. But I still don't feel like I could do any quilting. The thing has tried to die many a time and in the middle of sewing a quilt for my brother and his wife it went beserk. So I still have their quilt to finish. Anyways it is alright doing a straight line at turtle speed. So just fine for curtains. Someday I am going to get myself an amazing sewing machine, until then MORE CURTAINS!
